Seven members of The Ohio State University’s Women’s volleyball team earned Academic All-Big Ten honors, the conference announced on Wednesday.

To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, students must be letter-winners who are in at least their second academic year at their school and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.

The Buckeyes are led by senior Audra Appold, who made her third appearance on the list. She is joined by juniors Bia Franklin, Camry Halm and Madison Smeathers. Sophomores Hannah Gruensfelder, Becca Mauer and Lauren Witte received their first academic accolades.
